Welcome to Reynaldo Martinez Elementary, we are a learning community comprised of over 700 students and 80 dedicated and caring staff members. By working together we are able to provide an outstanding experience for every student! Our educational goal is to make learning so exciting that students will experience the joy of discovering new ideas and building new skills. The ultimate goal is to help students develop a love of learning.

 Together our dedicated teachers and staff strive to develop strong character in our students while providing a rigorous academic program. While our students reach new heights with reading, science, and writing they are also gaining new insight into solving mathematical problems.

Students are engaged in a wide variety of enlightening experiences throughout grades Pre-K to 5! They participate in music, art, physical education programs, library as well as structured nutrition and gardening classes. We are proud to announce that we benefit from having a school counselor, social worker, speech pathologist, school psychologist, nurse, and a Community in Schools Site Coordinator available to our students daily.

Martinez students are provided with after-school clubs, supported by After-School All-Stars, which are designed to further enhance students’ learning. These after-school clubs focus on biology, creative writing, stem, quilting and many more. These enrichment programs provide Martinez students not only with additional learning opportunities, but also a chance to visit many attractions around the Las Vegas area.
